– Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
– Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the seafood mixture.
– Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
– Repeat the layers with 3 more noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the remaining seafood mixture, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
– Top with the last 3 lasagna noodles and spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
