White Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake Recipe
Ingredients for White Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake:
For the Cake:
– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– 1/2 cup heavy cream

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon water
For the White Chocolate Buttercream:

– 3 cups powdered sugar
– 6 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream
