Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
- Shredded Mexican cheese (16 ounces)
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until fully browned.
2. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water to the beef. Simmer until seasoning is absorbed.
3. Warm the flour tortillas.
4. On each tortilla, place beef, Mexican cheese blend, and pico de gallo salsa.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then tightly roll it from the bottom to make the burrito.
