Tea has long been celebrated as more than just a soothing beverage — it’s a daily ritual, a healing tonic, and for many, a trusted companion. Among the healthiest blends gaining attention today is the trio of Lipton tea, cloves, and ginger. Packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and immune-boosting benefits, this simple yet potent infusion is especially beneficial for women’s health. From easing menstrual discomfort to boosting metabolism and fighting off seasonal illnesses, this tea can transform your wellness routine with just a few sips.
Ingredients:
1 Lipton tea bag (green or black, based on preference)
1 teaspoon whole cloves (or ½ teaspoon ground cloves)
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
2 cups of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for taste)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add the cloves and ginger. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes to release their natural oils and flavor.
Turn off the heat and add the Lipton tea bag. Let it steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Remove the tea bag and strain the liquid into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if desired. Serve warm.
Serving and Storage Tips:
Best served hot, especially in the morning or before bedtime for relaxation and optimal absorption.
Store any leftover tea in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Reheat gently on the stove or in a microwave — avoid boiling again to preserve nutrients.
