PREPARATION METHOD:
1. To begin, stir the gelatin into the boiling, cooled water. Let it hydrate.

2. Meanwhile, add the sugar and sour cream to a deep bowl and mix very well until the sugar is completely dissolved. If you want to do this faster, use powdered sugar.


3. Once well hydrated, melt the gelatin in a double boiler or microwave. After that, you can strain it through a sieve so that no whole crystals remain. Pour it in a thin stream and four times into the cream and sugar mixture. Mix well with a spatula.
