Lemon Juice 2tbsps
Maple Syrup 1tsp

Cooked Quinoa: Different types of quinoa are used to give a colorful and flavorful texture.

Instructions
First, wash quinoa with tap water.
In a pan, add water and boil it over medium heat for 5- 15 minutes.
Next, add washed quinoa to this pan. Cook it for 10-15 minutes to a low flame.
Once the quinoa is cooked, spread it on a tray.
Now, we will prepare the salad.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, black pepper, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne in a small mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients. Transfer this salad dressing to a container and shake it until it combines well.
Set aside this container.
Next, combine the cooked quinoa with the bell peppers, onion, avocado, corn, black beans, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Pour over the salad dressing into the bowl. Stir it well.
