Tips

Aquafaba is a fluffy and light ingredient. So don’t overmix it.
Slowly pour the sugar syrup, and agar mixture over the aquafaba.
Use a cooking thermometer to check the sugar syrup temperature.

Dry place: Cover the Vegan marshmallows in an airtight box. Keep this box in a chill, and dry spot for 3 weeks.
Freeze: You can also freeze it for 3-4 months.
