Vegan Chipotle Cauliflower Nachos

Take a medium saucepan, add the cauliflower and the potatoes, and then add the water to it.
Add the salt and then put the saucepan over medium flame.
Boil it for a few minutes.
Lower the flame and then start cooking uncovered until it becomes tender.
Take a blender and then add the tendered potatoes and cauliflower, cashews, salt, onion powder, garlic, chipotle pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and water.
Blend it until it becomes smooth.
Take a plate, and then place the tortilla chips onto it, and then add then put some chipotle cauliflower sauce to it.
Put some of the cherry red tomatoes, pineapple salsa, red onion, and then the cilantro.
Serve and then enjoy with your family.
Tips for making the best version of tacos:
Do not use all the wet ingredients. Otherwise, It will not make the taco crunchier.
Use the freshly grated mozzarella cheese as it will melt well.
