Pineapple peel drink is a traditional remedy in many cultures and is becoming increasingly popular for its numerous health benefits. It's rich in antioxidants, supports digestion, and can even aid in boosting your immune system. Best of all, it reduces food waste and is easy to make at home with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 pineapple (peels and core, thoroughly washed)

1 piece of ginger (2-3 inches, sliced)

2-3 cinnamon sticks

6-8 cups of water

Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

Honey or natural sweetener (optional, to taste)

Directions:
Clean the pineapple: Rinse the peel and core well under running water to remove any dirt or residue.

Boil the ingredients: In a large pot, combine the pineapple peels, core, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and water.

Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30–45 minutes.

Strain: Allow the mixture to cool slightly before straining it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

Add lemon and sweetener: Stir in fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey if desired.

Chill or serve warm: Enjoy immediately as a warm tonic or refrigerate and serve cold over ice.

Serving and Storage Tips:
Serve chilled for a refreshing summer drink, or warm it up as a soothing tea.
