Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw and unfiltered)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (helps activate turmeric)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional, for an extra detox boost)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ginger powder as a substitute)
Instructions:
Begin by heating the water in a small saucepan until it’s comfortably warm, but not boiling.
Add the honey, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper into the warm water. Stir well to ensure all the spices dissolve.
