INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the buttermilk.
Using a wooden spoon or your hands, gently mix the buttermilk into the flour mixture until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in a tough loaf.
