Instructions:
Making Tamarind Paste:
Start by soaking the tamarind pulp in warm water for 20-30 minutes to soften it. Use your hands to gently break apart the tamarind and release the pulp.
Once softened, strain the mixture to remove seeds and fibers, leaving only the smooth pulp.
