Mix the cookie crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Mash until well crushed.
Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners and filling each with a tablespoon of mixed berries.

Leave in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.
Garnish:
Combine the milk, sugar, milk powder and egg yolks in a baking dish. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a gentle boil.
Once the pan is off the heat, add the butter and vanilla extract.
After the cream has cooled, add the banana slices.
Unfold the cupcakes:
Fill each prepared layer to the top with banana cream and then stir together.
To ensure the cupcakes hold up, refrigerate them for at least 2 hours.
Make the topping:
Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff. Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
