Place all the ingredients in the bowl of the food processor and knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes.

Let rest for 15 minutes and knead the dough again for 3 minutes.

Put the batter in a loaf pan or other, cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 50 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Beat the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk, brown the brioche with it and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
