Step-by-step panettone dough

Ingredients:
500 g strong
flour 200 g butter at room temperature
150 g) sugar
5 egg
yolks 1 whole
egg 200 ml lukewarm milk
10 g salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange
zest 200 g candied fruit (optional)
100 g raisins (optional)
