Ingredients:
1/4 cup organic coconut oil (moisturizing and anti-inflammatory)
2 tablespoons raw honey (natural antibacterial and skin healing)

1 teaspoon turmeric powder (anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties)
5 drops lavender essential oil (calming and pain-relieving)
3 drops frankincense essential oil (supports skin regeneration and relaxation)
Instructions:
Gently melt the coconut oil and shea butter together in a double boiler over low heat until fully liquid.
Remove from heat and stir in the raw honey until well combined.
Add turmeric powder and mix thoroughly to ensure even color and distribution.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the essential oils. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a clean, airtight jar and let it solidify at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Once set, the paste is ready to use.
Serving and Storage Tips:
Apply a small amount of the healing paste to any areas needing relief, such as joints, dry skin patches, or minor scrapes. Massage gently until absorbed.
Use up to two times daily or as needed for comfort.
