Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower (chopped into florets)

2 cans (5 oz each) of tuna in olive oil or water (drained)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:
Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Cook the Cauliflower:

Sauté the Base:
