Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas 🍌
1/2 cup sesame seeds (you can use toasted or raw) 🌱
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few small chunks for texture.
Add the sesame seeds to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined. The mixture should have a thick, dough-like consistency.
Using a spoon, scoop out small amounts of the banana-sesame mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each scoop with the back of the spoon to form cookie shapes.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
