Ingredients:
½ cup warm coconut oil (moisturizes and heals)
2 tablespoons honey (natural humectant and antibacterial)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (mild exfoliant and brightener)
3 tablespoons rice flour (gentle exfoliating agent)
A few drops of tea tree oil (optional – for antifungal and antibacterial properties)
Warm water for soaking
Pumice stone or foot file
Instructions:
Soak First: Begin by soaking your feet in a tub of warm water for 10–15 minutes. You can add a tablespoon of salt or Epsom salt for extra soothing effects.
Exfoliate: Gently scrub your heels with a pumice stone to remove dead skin. Avoid over-scrubbing to prevent irritation.
Prepare the Healing Paste:
In a bowl, mix the rice flour, honey, lemon juice, and coconut oil until it forms a thick paste.
Add tea tree oil if desired.
Apply the Remedy:
Pat your feet dry after soaking and exfoliating.
Apply the paste generously on your heels and the surrounding areas.
Massage in circular motions for 5 minutes.
Leave the mixture on for 15–20 minutes.
