Salmon puff garland

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Spread puff pastry on a slightly floured surface.
3. Spread the grated cheese evenly over the batter.
4. Slice the smoked salmon into strips and spread over the cheese.
5. Add shredded provola cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes, and drained olives.
6. Cut the dough into strips and form a spiral garland, making sure to seal the edges well.
7. Beat an egg and decorate the garland for a golden effect.
8. Parssemez with a few seeds (sesame, poppy, or others) for a crispy texture.
9. Bake for 15 minutes or until dough is golden and crispy.
10. Let cool slightly before serving.
