Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Roll the asparagus in the cheese and ham.
Divide the puff pastry into 8 pieces.
Insert rolled asparagus into each piece and fold diagonally.
Coat the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
