Puff pastry saladitos stuffed with ham and cheese

For the filling of the saladitos, we cut strips of cheese about 2 centimeters wide and we do the same with those of York ham.
All along the center of each of the puff pastry halves, we put the strips of ham and cheese alternately until we have 4 layers.
Once we had done that, we plugged the ham and cheese stuffing with a piece of blade and with a kitchen brush, we painted it with the egg.
