Ingredients:

For the lasagna:

12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb ground turkey
8 slices turkey bacon, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Cook the Turkey Bacon & Ground Turkey: In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned, add the chopped onions and garlic and sauté for another 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
