Directions:
Rinse the peppercorns lightly with clean water if they’re not pre-washed.

Chew 3–5 peppercorns slowly about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Drink a few sips of lukewarm water if the taste is too intense, but avoid washing it down immediately to let the compounds absorb orally.
