2 cups fresh honeysuckle flowers
2 cups water
1 ½ cups organic cane sugar or honey
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Directions:
Honeysuckle Tea
Rinse the flowers gently to remove dirt or insects.
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.
Add honeysuckle flowers (and ginger, if using) to the pot.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain into a mug and sweeten with honey if desired.

Honeysuckle Syrup
Combine water and flowers in a saucepan and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
