For skin tags, natural remedies like tea tree oil can be effective, especially when diluted with a carrier oil. Applying this mix to the skin tag and covering it overnight may help reduce the tag over time. Another option is an at-home cryogenic kit, which freezes the tag to encourage its removal. However, for safe and lasting results, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional before removing skin tags at home.

Warts, caused by strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV), are generally benign but can be persistent. Apple cider vinegar’s acetic acid helps combat warts by gradually breaking down the affected skin. Propolis, a bee-derived compound with antiviral and healing properties, can also support wart removal. Lastly, applying a small piece of duct tape over a wart for several days, followed by soaking and gentle exfoliation, is another home remedy option for wart removal.
