Natural remedies for gingivitis

Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums caused by the accumulation of dental plaque, which causes the gums to swell and bleed . To treat this oral problem, there are several natural remedies that you can easily prepare at home.
Dirty water

Make a mouthwash with a mixture of a glass of water and a tablespoon of salt every night before bed. You can add a few drops of lemon or lavender essential oil.
Baking soda

Rinse your mouth with a mixture of water and baking soda (one teaspoon in a glass of water) to relieve inflammation. Repeat the operation 3 times a day.

Ginger

Pound ginger roots and rub your gums with the resulting paste to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. You can add honey to ginger paste.
Sage

Infuse sage leaves and use the solution obtained as a mouthwash, 3 times a day.
