Loaded Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, then drain any excess grease.

3. Add the Taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions.

4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the salsa until well combined.

5. Spoon a portion of the cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

6. Top with a portion of the seasoned beef and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.

7. Fold each tortilla burrito-style, encasing the filling completely.

8. Place the filled tortillas on a lightly greased baking tray.

9. Brush the tops with melted butter.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.

11. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite toppings like lettuce, extra salsa, sour cream, olives, and more cheese.
