Leave 5 mint leaves on the window before going to bed – here’s why

Mint is  one of the most well-known and widely used herbs in cooking  . Its leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals and have health-promoting properties. Very often we encounter small insects that can be annoying if they become habitual cohabitants.  So we try to remedy them most of the time with chemicals  that in many cases are not even very effective. In reality,  it would be enough to have one or more mint plants to solve it in a completely natural way  . The plant itself is already an excellent repellent against spiders, midges and other insects. But if you want to have a broader spectrum of action, you can count on the leaves. In fact, it will be enough to have 5 mint leaves on the windowsill in the evening and crush them slightly to prevent unwanted insects from taking up residence in our home.
