1 glass of lukewarm water
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

A pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 cucumber (optional for a refreshing twist)
Directions:

Start by pouring a glass of lukewarm water into a cup.
Add one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the water. Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help improve digestion and detoxify the body.
Stir in a tablespoon of raw honey. Honey has natural antibacterial properties and helps balance blood sugar levels, preventing sudden hunger pangs.
