Ingredient Quantity
Heavy cream 200 grams
Mozzarella cheese, grated 200 grams
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic flakes, and crushed garlic.
Peel and slice onion. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Place chicken thighs on a baking tray. Surround with onions and potatoes.
Pour heavy cream over the chicken and vegetables.
Roast for 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dish.
Return to oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
