Instructions:

Prepare the Foot Soak: Fill a basin or bucket with warm to hot water. The water should be comfortably hot but not scalding. Add hydrogen peroxide to the water. The recommended ratio is three parts water to one part hydrogen peroxide, but you can adjust this based on your preference. You don’t need to be precise; eyeballing it is fine.
Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the hydrogen peroxide and water mixture. Soak your feet for about 10-15 minutes. This soaking helps soften calluses and can help with various foot issues.
Remove Dead Skin: After soaking, take a pumice stone or foot file and gently rub it over the areas with calluses and dead skin. The hydrogen peroxide will have softened the skin, making it easier to remove. Be gentle and avoid excessive rubbing, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Dry Your Feet: Pat your feet dry with a clean towel. Make sure to thoroughly dry between your toes to prevent moisture buildup.
