Ingredients:
1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
1 large carrot (peeled and chopped)
1 apple (any variety, cored and chopped)
1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup cold filtered water or coconut water
Optional: a few fresh mint leaves for added flavor
Directions:
Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables by peeling and chopping into manageable pieces.

Pour in the water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
