Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (lean)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
12 rice paper sheets (small to medium size)
1/4 cup Big Mac sauce (or your preferred burger sauce)
Fresh lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, draining any excess fat.

Season the Meat: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Assemble the Rolls: Dip each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 5-10 seconds until it becomes soft but still slightly firm. Lay it flat on a clean surface. Place a lettuce leaf (optional) on the bottom, followed by a spoonful of the beef mixture, a small handful of shredded cheddar cheese, and some chopped pickles.

Roll It Up: Carefully fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and then roll it tightly from the bottom up, making sure all the ingredients are secured inside.

Bake the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching each other. Brush the tops lightly with a bit of olive oil to ensure crispiness. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rice paper is golden brown and crispy.

Serve with Sauce: Drizzle the Big Mac sauce (or your favorite sauce) over the rolls or serve it on the side for dipping.
