3. Next, crack the eggs in a pot. and add sugar, starch, vanilla and mix well with a whisk.
Add the milk and turn on the fire and stir until the cream thickens, then remove from the heat. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.

4. Add the butter and beat until smooth.
We syrup the tops with milk and then fill them with the prepared cream. It’s best to place the cake in the refrigerator overnight to harden.

5. The next day we prepare the icing. Heat the chocolate chips together with the butter, stir until smooth and pour over. Unify the cake and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
