Whether served as an appetizer or a main dish, it’s sure to make a lasting impression!

Ingredients:

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of cream cheese, softened
½ cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of fresh garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of breadcrumbs (preferably panko for crunch)
1 tablespoon of olive oil (for drizzling)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Add the crumbled bacon and chopped chives to the mixture, stirring them evenly throughout the cheese blend.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to adjust the seasoning as necessary, ensuring it’s just right for your palate.

Transfer the cheesy mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

In a separate small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this topping over the cheese mixture in the baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs to help them crisp up nicely during baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and extra flavor before serving.

Tips for Serving and Storing:

Serving: This cheesy delight pairs beautifully with fresh crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette. You can also serve it as a dip with fresh vegetables for a lighter, healthier option.
