Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tsp turmeric powder (organic preferred)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
1 tbsp chia seeds (for omega-3 and fiber)
A pinch of black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)
1 tsp collagen powder (optional but helpful for joint health)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
Whisk in the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper until fully combined.
Remove from heat and stir in the honey and collagen powder (if using).
Pour into a mug and add chia seeds. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften.
Stir well before drinking.
