Ingredients
For the Yogurt & Honey Glow Mask:
2 tablespoons plain, full-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightening)
For the Yogurt & Turmeric Firming Mask:
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
For the Yogurt & Oatmeal Rejuvenating Scrub:
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon finely ground oatmeal
1 teaspoon olive oil or almond oil
Directions
1. Yogurt & Honey Glow Mask
Mix yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Apply evenly to clean face and neck.
Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Yogurt & Turmeric Firming Mask
Blend yogurt with turmeric and aloe vera until smooth.
Gently apply to skin, avoiding the eye area.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Yogurt & Oatmeal Rejuvenating Scrub
Combine all ingredients into a paste.
Massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions for 1–2 minutes.
