400 milliliters of all-purpose flour
It is one spoonful of baking powder.
1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of powdered milk combined
Warm water, one and a half cups
1.25 cups of shortening
Added flour to be used for flouring your hands

WORDS OF INSTRUCTION:

First, place the flour in a bowl, then add the baking powder, salt, and powdered milk.
In order to produce dough, mix in some warm water.
Using flour, cover your hands.
The dough should be kneaded by hand until it is soft but not sticky. After covering it with a cloth, allow it to stand for fifteen minutes.
In order to flatten the dough, first shape it into balls that are approximately 2 inches across, and then pat and stretch the dough.
Shortening should be melted in a frying pan to a depth of about one inch. Put the dough in the pan once it is hot. Fry one side until it reaches a golden brown color, then flip it over and fry the other side.
Possible toppings include honey, powdered sugar, and other sweeteners. By topping it with cooked sausage or a fried egg, you may also make it more flavorful. Thank you!
