Natural remedies to remove pesticides from fruits and vegetables

There are   several natural remedies  for   removing pesticides from fruits and vegetables   , some of which are particularly effective. There you are:

Washing fruits and vegetables in cold water with added salt is certainly a good solution. Sometimes it is also advisable   to rinse fruits and vegetables under water,   such as peaches, pears, apples, plums, tomatoes, lettuce. These must be washed individually, leaf by leaf, because pesticides also accumulate there.

Coarse salt is also an effective natural remedy to combat pesticides present in fruits and vegetables. You can put  coarse salt on food   and wash it under running water, preferably cold. Salt is a pesticide and a pesticide, it acts naturally and does not harm.

Vinegar

Vinegar is just as effective in removing pesticides from fruit. Pour 1 glass of vinegar and 2 glasses of water into a bowl, immerse the food and   let it soak for around thirty minutes   . Scrub with a brush to remove residue and finally rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Bicarbonate de sodium

Sodium bicarbonate is a natural ingredient that ensures perfect cleaning of fruits and vegetables and is also easy to find since we all keep it at home. To use it, simply soak the food   in a container of water and baking soda   then wash it under running water.

To adjust the dose, you just need to know that you need   to add a spoonful of bicarbonate to each liter of water.  An alternative method is to   make a paste of water and baking soda and rub it on the food to remove any traces of pesticides. However, this method is suitable for foods such as eggplants, peppers, pears, apples or larger foods.
