EGG MUFFINS WITH HAM AND CHEESE
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup onion
12 slices ham
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Pour the mixture into the muffin holes and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
