Instructions:

1. Cook the small shell pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down quickly.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and apple cider vinegar until the dressing is smooth and well blended.
