Ingredients:
For the cream layer:

250g mascarpone cheese

200ml heavy cream

3 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp rosewater (optional)

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

For the chocolate ganache:

150g dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), chopped

100ml heavy cream

For the coffee soak:

1 cup strong Arabic coffee, cooled

2 tbsp date syrup or honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Other ingredients:

12–16 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)

Chopped pistachios or edible rose petals for garnish

Grated chocolate or cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:
Prepare the chocolate ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the cream until it begins to simmer. Pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly before use.

Make the cream layer:
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar, rosewater, and cardamom until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Prepare the coffee soak:
Mix the cooled Arabic coffee with date syrup and cinnamon. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Assemble the tiramisu:
Break the ladyfingers in half if needed to fit your glasses. Quickly dip each into the coffee mixture and place at the bottom of the glass. Add a layer of mascarpone cream, followed by a layer of chocolate ganache. Repeat the layers as desired.
