Crispy, Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

Preheat oven: Set oven to 450°F (230°C).
Prepare chickpeas: Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry.
Season chickpeas: Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any desired spices in a bowl.
Roast chickpeas: Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a preheated baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and serve: Let chickpeas cool on the baking sheet. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
