Ingredients:
2 cups finely shredded cabbage

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for a gluten-free option)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional for a kick)
Oil for shallow frying
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, onion, garlic, and green onions.
Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix well until the vegetables are coated.
Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until everything is evenly combined into a thick batter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of oil.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet and flatten slightly with a spatula.
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dip or yogurt sauce.
