Creating a Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cheesecake

Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.

Press into a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

Lower oven to 325°F (160°C).

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.

Pour over crust in pan.

Bake the Cheesecake:

Bake for 45-55 minutes until the center is almost set.

Turn off oven, open door slightly, and cool cheesecake in oven for 1 hour.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
