Ingredients
1 medium banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
1 cup milk
¼ cup pure maple syrup
2 eggs
¼ cup natural peanut butter
2 cups oats (quick, minute, or rolled)
½ cup chocolate protein powder
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cavity muffin tin with liners.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, milk, maple syrup, eggs, and peanut butter. Whisk until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until fully combined.
