Chocolate-covered peanut and cookie balls: An enjoyable treat that doesn't require baking.

Crush the cookies and peanuts: Start by breaking 500g of cookies into small pieces. You can do this by using a food processor or by putting the cookies in a bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. After crushing them, put them in a big bowl. Next, finely chop 120g of peanuts and mix them with the cookies in the bowl. Mix them well to make sure they are evenly spread.

Prepare the chocolate mix: In a medium saucepan, mix together 250ml of milk, 120g of sugar, 60g of cocoa powder, and a bit of vanillin or a few drops of vanilla extract. Put the pot on medium heat and stir constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Put the butter in the saucepan after the sugar has melted. Mix until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth and well mixed.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the crushed cookies and peanuts in the bowl. Mix well until all the dry ingredients are covered with the chocolate mixture, and the texture is thick and sticky so you can shape it into balls.

2. Form the spheres.

Make the Balls: With your hands, take small amounts of the mixture and shape them into balls, similar in size to a walnut. Put each ball on a tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Cool the balls: After shaping all the balls, put the tray in the fridge or freezer for around 30 minutes. This helps make the balls firmer so they are easier to cover with the chocolate glaze.

3. Make the Chocolate Topping

Melt the chocolate: Mix 80g of dark chocolate and 80g of milk chocolate in a bowl that can resist heat. Add 20ml of vegetable oil to the mixture. This will help the chocolate topping stay smooth and shiny when it hardens. Melt the chocolate and oil together either using a double boiler or in the microwave. Heat them in short intervals of 20-30 seconds, stirring in between until they are completely melted and smooth.

Include the peanuts: Mix 50g of chopped peanuts into the melted chocolate. This gives more depth to the taste and makes the nutty flavor of the coating stand out more.

Cover the balls.

Dunk the balls: Take out the cold cookie and peanut balls from the refrigerator. Use a fork or a stick to dip each ball into the melted chocolate, making sure it is completely covered. Allow any extra chocolate to drip off before putting the ball back on the tray.

Place the balls that have been covered in chocolate back in the fridge until the chocolate coating becomes hard. This will take around 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve and have fun.

Once the chocolate covering is hard, your tasty chocolate-covered peanut and cookie balls are ready to be served! You can put them on a plate for a party, pack them in a gift box for a homemade gift, or keep them in a sealed container in the fridge for a tasty snack when you want something sweet and crispy.

Advice for being successful:

Changing the Nuts: You can replace peanuts with almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts to create different flavors.

Adding Crunchiness: The crushed cookies give a nice texture to the filling. If you prefer a thicker texture, keep the cookie pieces a bit bigger.

Storage: You can keep these no-cook balls in the fridge for one week. If you want to keep them fresh for a longer time, put them in a sealed container and freeze them for up to one month.
