Chocolate and mascarpone cake by Cyril Lignac

Cyril Lignac's chocolate and mascarpone cake is a wonderful delicacy!
Melt-in-the-mouth, frothy, low in sugar and very tasty, it doesn't get much better than that!

When my daughter served it to us, we were totally won over!

Prepared with mascarpone instead of butter, it requires quality chocolate to enhance it.
Made in a jiffy, with few ingredients, it nevertheless requires good supervision of the cooking process to obtain this fabulous texture that is so melt-in-the-mouth.

Ingredients:
(For a 22 cm circle or a 20/20 cm square)
200 gr dark
chocolate 250 g mascarpone at room temperature
4 eggs
75 g icing
sugar 40 g flour
Icing:
100 g dark
chocolate 50 gr butter
