Chicken Strips

Before starting, wash the chicken pieces with flour, salt and lemon, and rinse them well with water.
Bring a deep bowl and put the spices in it, add water, salt and lemon juice, mix the ingredients well.
Soak the chicken slices in the mixture and put them in the refrigerator for at least three hours, preferably a whole night so that the chicken is tender.
Then bring a bowl and put in it the flour, starch, baking powder, salt and all the spices, and mix them well.
After the time for marinating the chicken pieces is over, take the chicken slices out of the refrigerator and drain them well from the marinade.

Put the chicken slices in the flour.

Then put the chicken slices in ice water and put them in the flour again.

Bring a frying pan and put the oil in it and put it on high heat until it is well heated.

Fry the chicken slices until they become golden and crispy.

Put the chicken slices on drying paper towels to get rid of the excess oil, and serve with a thousand bon appetit
